Get started with After Hours

Best for 5–12 truck shops · No contract · Cancel anytime

After Hours overage rate $2.50 / call
Pro overage rate $1.75 / call

Overage calls are calls above your monthly included amount. You receive an email or SMS alert at 80% of included calls — no surprise bills. Call length is counted in 5-minute blocks: up to 5 minutes is 1 call, and each additional 5 minutes counts as 1 more (a 12-minute call counts as 3).

Everything in both plans. No upsell ladder.

The difference between After Hours and Pro is coverage window and call volume. Both plans include the full Roger experience.

High-quality voice — sounds like a real dispatcher

Roger uses a contractor-trained voice model, not a generic phone tree. Most callers don't know they're talking to AI. No hold music, no transfers, no script-reading.

Instant SMS + email after every call

Caller name, address, system type, issue, urgency, suggested time slot — in your pocket before the homeowner hangs up. Works with any dispatch software.

CleanBC rebate call handling

Roger identifies heat pump inquiry calls and CleanBC rebate questions, captures the lead details, and flags the call type in your summary so your team follows up correctly.

Life-safety emergency triage

Gas leaks, no heat below zero, CO alarms — Roger recognizes these immediately and routes to your on-call tech via call and SMS. Not a script — genuine emergency recognition.

White-glove setup in 48 hours

One 30-minute call with us. We build your call flow, configure your emergency rules, and send you a test recording to approve. Nothing goes live without your sign-off.

Nothing changes for your team

Same business number. Same dispatch software. Same workflow for your admin staff. Roger activates on the calls they can't reach — everything else runs exactly as it does today.

Jobber integration — beta.

Zero manual entry after every call. Roger creates the job in Jobber automatically the moment a call ends.

In development — register to lock beta price

Roger creates the Jobber job automatically. You do nothing.

Today, Roger sends a full call summary by SMS and email — you copy it into Jobber in under 90 seconds. The Jobber integration removes that last step entirely. When Roger ends a call, the job is already in Jobber with the caller's details, system type, urgency, and suggested time slot. No copy-paste. No manual entry. Nothing.

Roger sounds like a real dispatcher. That's a choice we made.

Generic AI answering services use generic voices. Roger uses a contractor-trained voice model that handles HVAC terminology naturally and doesn't sound like a phone tree. That quality costs more to run. We haven't compromised on it — and your homeowners will notice the difference.

01 · Contractor-trained

Trained on contractor calls — not generic customer service.

Roger knows what a heat pump fault is. It knows the difference between a furnace and a boiler. It doesn't stumble on HVAC terminology or ask a homeowner to repeat themselves.

02 · Zero hold

No hold music. No "please hold while I transfer you."

A homeowner with no heat at 11pm does not want to navigate a phone tree. Roger answers in under 2 seconds and starts solving the problem immediately.

03 · Indistinguishable

Most callers don't know they're talking to AI.

The ones who do tell us they prefer it. Consistent, calm, available at 2am — the experience is better than a tired human operator reading from a script.

What shops ask before they sign up.

Is the pricing really in Canadian dollars?+
Yes. All Call Roger pricing is in CAD. After Hours is $399/mo CAD. Pro is $479/mo CAD. The Jobber beta add-on is $39/mo CAD. No exchange rate, no currency conversion, no surprise charges in USD.
What happens when I use more calls than my plan includes?+
Overage calls are charged at $2.50/call on After Hours and $1.75/call on Pro. You receive an email or SMS alert when you hit 80% of your included calls so you're never caught off guard. If you're hitting overage consistently, upgrading to the Pro plan or adding a call block ($79 for 30 additional calls, one click from your dashboard) typically makes more sense than paying per-call each month. Call blocks apply to your current billing period.
Is there a contract or a setup fee?+
No contract. No setup fee. No cancellation fee. Cancel from your account or email us and we'll handle it same day. Your call data is yours to keep.
What exactly is the Jobber beta add-on — and what does "beta" mean?+
The Jobber integration automatically creates a job in Jobber when Roger ends a call — no manual entry required. It's currently in development. "Beta" means you register your interest and lock the $39/mo CAD price, but you are not charged until the integration is live and confirmed working on your specific account. If you decide not to proceed when it ships, you owe nothing. Standard price at launch will be $59/mo CAD.
Which plan is right for a 10–15 truck shop?+
It depends on whether your dispatcher handles daytime calls adequately or whether you're also losing overflow calls during business hours. If your main gap is after-hours, start with After Hours at $399/mo. If you're also losing jobs during the day when your dispatcher is on another line, Pro at $479/mo gives you 24/7 coverage including daytime overflow. The $80 difference is worth it if even one extra call per month gets answered.
Can I try Roger before committing to a plan?+
Yes. Call the demo line at (778) 910-9771 any time — 24/7 — and play the role of a homeowner with a furnace emergency or a CleanBC rebate question. That's the most accurate way to evaluate whether Roger is right for your shop. If you want to move forward, setup takes 48 hours from your first call with us.
How do longer calls count toward my monthly total?+
Most HVAC calls run 3–4 minutes — enough to capture the emergency, book the appointment, or qualify the rebate inquiry. Occasionally a call runs longer. For fair usage purposes, call length is counted in 5-minute blocks: a call up to 5 minutes counts as 1 call, and each additional 5 minutes started counts as 1 more. So a 7-minute call counts as 2, and a 12-minute call counts as 3. This is disclosed upfront and affects very few calls in practice.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. No contract. No cancellation fee. Cancel from your account or email us and we'll handle it same day. Your call data is yours to keep.
